Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operational reporting across mill, maintenance, and site functions
Extract, validate, and analyze data from operational systems (ERP, CMMS, production systems)
Maintain and improve dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking for operations and maintenance
Support maintenance and reliability analysis including work order data, downtime, and backlog
Assist with system data integrity, master data maintenance, and reporting accuracy
Support shutdown, outage, and project tracking from a data and systems perspective
Work with site teams to standardize reporting and improve system adoption
Identify process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives
Prepare clear summaries and visuals for operations and site leadership
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or systems support role
Strong Excel skills; exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred
Comfortable working with ERP and CMMS data (SAP, Oracle, Maximo, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and data quality
Ability to work closely with operations and maintenance teams in a site environment
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or related field
Preferred
Exposure to mining, minerals processing, manufacturing, or heavy industrial operations
Experience supporting operational systems or reporting tools
Interest in operations excellence, reliability, and asset performance
