Responsibilities
Working closely with Executive Producers(EP) and Producers with various duties, such as participating in creative video and event concept development, pulling together elements for pre-production phase, researching talent and speakers, maintaining schedules, supporting logistics, etc
Participating in creative meetings and brainstorm sessions, assisting the EP with all client deliverables
Managing projects with high-level clients and collaborating closely with internal clients and team members
Experienced in live event productions with excellent interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills
Experience on headset and stage management in live production environment
Comfort in a client facing role and able to communicate on to clients on behalf of the team
Dedicated, customer-service oriented, and a multi-tasker, problem solver, with a positive 'can-do' attitude
Able to handle administration tasks like a rock star
Well Organized, Self-starter, with high energy and able to juggle multiple projects in deadline environment
Excel and PowerPoint proficient
Experienced in developing and maintaining production schedules, planning video shoots in a variety of environments, scouting, selecting and reserving shoot locations, selecting and hiring crew and talent
Willing, able and excited to travel. Travel is a requirement
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in video and/or live event production
Working closely with Executive Producers(EP) and Producers with various duties
Participating in creative video and event concept development
Pulling together elements for pre-production phase
Researching talent and speakers
Maintaining schedules
Supporting logistics
Participating in creative meetings and brainstorm sessions
Assisting the EP with all client deliverables
Managing projects with high-level clients

Experienced in live event productions
