Responsibilities
Handle a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, and leasing matters
Provide exposure to complex, multi-state projects and direct client contact from day one
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD)
3–6 years of commercial real estate or real estate finance experience, ideally at a law firm or in-house legal team
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and mortgage lending
Ability to meet a billable requirement of 1,800 hours annually
Preferred
Attorneys coming from larger firms seeking a more balanced environment
Boutique firm attorneys looking for access to larger clients and multi-practice support
Collaborative and professional personality with strong interpersonal skills
