Responsibilities

Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close and financial statement preparation
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP (IFRS a plus) and maintain internal controls
Manage external audits and technical accounting documentation
Oversee revenue recognition (ASC 606), lease accounting (ASC 842), accruals, and reserves
Maintain balance sheet integrity, cash management, and reconciliations
Lead and develop the accounting team; drive process and system improvements

Required

10–15 years of progressive accounting experience in multi-entity environments
Expert knowledge of U.S. GAAP; strong technical accounting background
Proven audit management and close leadership experience
Advanced ERP and Excel proficiency (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Sage, or similar)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
