Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to maintain the security and efficiency of their IT systems. The role involves providing exceptional support to end-users and protecting the organization from cybersecurity threats.

Responsibilities
Provide endpoint vulnerability remediation support using various tools and techniques
Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to service desk calls
Interact with end users via soft phone or chat modules to resolve desktop vulnerabilities
Remotely access and support end-user machines to achieve first call resolution
Utilize Service Now as the ticketing tool to track and escalate incidents
Participate in projects and program initiatives within the team
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of remote help desk support experience
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
1 year of equivalent Mac support experience
1 year of equivalent Windows OS support experience
2 years of end-user support experience
1 year experience with ServiceNow
1 year of experience with Vulnerability Assessment tools (Qualys, Rapid7, Crowdstrike, BeyondTrust)
