Responsibilities
Manage 50–70 remodel projects simultaneously from initiation through completion
Maintain tight control over timelines, sequencing, dependencies, and critical path activities
Identify risks or delays and escalate immediately to leadership and cross-functional partners
Coordinate with Construction and Real Estate partners to ensure site readiness, vendor alignment, and milestone adherence
Ensure all steps of the project lifecycle are executed with quality and in accordance with established standards
Serve as a key liaison across Construction, Real Estate, Strategy & Operations, and Automation teams
Facilitate rapid communication loops to resolve blockers and ensure alignment on priorities
Prepare status updates, summaries, and recommendations for decision-making
Ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into project progress, issues, and expected delivery dates
Maintain robust, accurate, and up-to-date project trackers across all assigned workstreams
Ensure Salesforce records are properly updated and reflect real-time project status
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of project management experience, preferably in construction or real estate environments
Proven ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced project portfolios
Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, Salesforce, and Slack
high school diploma required; degree a plus
