Sales Trainee / Account Executive
Medix™ is dedicated to providing workforce solutions across various industries, and they are seeking a Sales Trainee / Account Executive to join their team. This role involves learning the recruiting process, developing sales skills, and ultimately transitioning into a B2B Account Executive position after training.
Responsibilities
Identify qualified candidates through a number of creative outlets (i.e. job boards, networking groups, etc.)
Assess candidates through phone screening, virtual interviewing, skills testing, and reference checks
Held to weekly quotas for phone screening, virtual interviewing, reference checks, weekly resume submissions, etc
Obtain and generate sales leads
Participate in weekly progress meetings to determine product knowledge
Participate in sales role plays
Participate in progress meetings to determine product and sales knowledge
Attend meetings with current account executives through shadowing
Continue to participate in weekly progress meetings, coaching, role plays, etc
Cold call to set new meetings
Build out territory with potential clients and identify prospects
Maintain and develop relationships with new and potential clients by building a strong network (joining associations, networking groups, social media, etc.)
Obtain and generate sales leads and set new meetings with potential clients through cold calling, emails, messaging etc
Effectively sell Medix staffing services
Develop and execute a territory plan
Negotiate client contracts
Assist, develop, and manage a team of recruiters
Held to weekly quotas for reachouts, cold calls, meetings, etc
Serve as point of contact for candidates and clients by resolving any issues that may arise
Qualification
Required
Comfortability working in a heavy outbound, phone based position
Proven desire and ability to take initiative
Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
Interest in working in a results driven culture with visible KPIs

Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
