Facilities Assistant
Beacon Hill is a life sciences organization seeking a Facilities Assistant to support site operations within an active office and laboratory environment. The role involves providing office, facility, and lab support, managing inventory, and supervising onsite vendors.

Responsibilities
Provide office, facility, and general lab support for the site operations team
Support meetings, conferences, and events including room configurations and physical setup/breakdown
Maintain inventory and manage purchasing and stocking of office and kitchen supplies
Perform mailroom duties including sorting and distributing mail
Collect, wash, autoclave, and manage glassware and lab materials
Supervise onsite vendors and assist with relocation, move support, and general site needs
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related industry; lab experience preferred
Strong customer service skills with a positive, dependable attitude
Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs and perform routine physical tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and use discretion
