Responsibilities
Lead all phases of the project lifecycle from contract award through completion, including client and internal meetings, site coordination, and active presence throughout execution
Develop and implement comprehensive commissioning plans, clearly defining responsibilities and ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives
Supervise and execute site activities in accordance with commissioning plans and industry standards, maintaining a high level of quality and safety
Collaborate with clients, trades, and stakeholders to negotiate schedules, address concerns, and drive project progress through respectful and effective communication
Prioritize and organize tasks efficiently, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks or issues before they impact the schedule
Generate and review daily and weekly reports to communicate on-site activities and progress in a timely and accurate manner
Identify out-of-scope work, prepare estimates, and assist in change order and claims processing to support project controls
Coordinate and manage construction personnel and subcontractors, ensuring resource availability, tracking headcount, and optimizing productivity
Maintain compliance with all project requirements, codes, and construction standards across on-site and off-site activities
Foster strong working relationships with team members, supervisors, and leadership to resolve issues, coach team performance, and support a productive work environment
Analyze and mitigate project risks while maintaining adaptability to handle emerging challenges
Communicate clearly and professionally with all project personnel, including engineers, construction teams, and management
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma with equivalent experience
3+ years of Site Management or Project Management experience
Demonstrated leadership ability and a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams, including sub-contractors, field services, engineering, operations, and logistics
Ability to interpret and report results to senior management as well as customer
100% Travel to customer construction site

Preferred
Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent experience
A commitment to develop, drive, and manage projects in a highly competitive environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to present complex issues to multi-level audiences and effectively communicate progress, status, and issues to internal and external Customers
