Lead and grow the U.S. advocacy and growth strategy
Build and manage a focused team to be a force for change
Shape and lead the U.S. program as it transitions to a Washington D.C. base
Serve as the strategic and operational lead for advocacy and movement-building in the U.S

Required

Fiercely committed to human rights, Indigenous rights, justice and anti-racism
Creative and relentless in pursuit of real, lasting change
Ability to build and lead a bold U.S. advocacy and growth strategy
Experience in campaigning for Indigenous peoples' rights
Excellent spoken and written English
Ability to work with a small and dedicated international team
Strategic and operational leadership skills
Ability to report to the Europe-based Executive Director

Preferred

Speaking Spanish
Skills in other core Survival languages (particularly Portuguese, French, Indonesian or Hindi)
