Responsibilities
Lead development and execution of health economics and outcomes research strategy aligned with asset priorities and governance milestones
Manage multiple HEOR projects end to end, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines, and approved budgets
Coordinate cross-functional teams across clinical development, medical affairs, market access, regulatory, and commercial functions
Oversee real-world evidence studies including retrospective analyses using registry and observational data
Design and support external control and matched studies integrating clinical trial and real-world data
Contribute to development of cost-effectiveness and budget impact models through generation of key economic inputs
Communicate research findings and strategic insights to internal stakeholders and external partners
Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies with minimal oversight
Qualification
Required
Master's degree or fellowship in health economics or a related discipline
Minimum of three to seven years of health economics and outcomes research experience
Experience in real-world evidence generation and observational research methodologies
Working knowledge of health economic modeling including cost-effectiveness and budget impact analysis
Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Doctoral degree in health economics or a related field
Experience across multiple HEOR disciplines such as epidemiology, biostatistics, patient-reported outcomes, or health services research
Experience supporting market access strategies for U.S. and international launches
Background in eye care, ophthalmology, or retinal disease research
