Responsibilities
Implement AI-powered recruitment tools, automated screening processes, and predictive analysis to identify and engage top candidates
Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, understanding their unique needs and advising them as necessary
Design recruitment processes that can grow with Aizer while maintaining quality and cultural fit
Personally manage recruitment for senior clinical and leadership positions requiring nuanced assessment
Hire, mentor and lead recruitment team members, creating a culture of innovation and excellence
Establish Aizer as an employer of choice through strategic venue selection and community engagement
Qualification
Required
Experience Implementing AI recruitment tools, ATS optimization, and data analytics for talent acquisition
Ability to connect with people, build trust, and maintain long-term partnerships
Proven track record of building scalable processes that improve efficiency and outcomes
Thrives in changing situations and can drive innovation while managing competing priorities
Experience developing and leading high performing recruitment teams
Understanding of clinical roles and patient-care environments, a plus
