Responsibilities
Build relationships that matter – Source, engage, and grow a trusted network of Accounting & Finance consultants
Match talent with opportunity – Deploy the right experts to client projects that need immediate impact
Champion the consultant experience – Support active consultants through consistent communication, coaching, and feedback
Curate the bench – Identify in-demand skill sets and proactively maintain a pipeline of available talent
Collaborate across teams – Work closely with Client Engagement Managers to deliver exceptional client outcomes
Drive growth and retention – Help market top consultants and deepen relationships with key clients
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of experience in professional services, staffing, recruiting, or consulting— ideally within Accounting & Finance
A proven ability to build and manage strong consultant networks
High sense of urgency and confidence in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect across levels and functions
An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
