Responsibilities
Support the business in their quest to seamlessly execute a carve-out from an IT perspective
Manage the TSAs from an IT perspective
Lead the various work streams to deliver digital transformation for all business lines
Qualification
Required
Experience in post carve out IT support across integration and separation
Ability to manage TSAs from an IT perspective
Project management leadership capabilities
Specialist knowledge of what Private Equity look for in their technology investment
Immediate availability
Experience in a similar role within an International PE backed business
Preferred
Based or close to Idaho
Willingness to make a handful of trips to Idaho
Ability to work remotely in mountain time
