Commercial Sales Manager
Talent Bridge is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager to drive regional revenue growth and market share expansion within their aggregate materials portfolio. The role involves leading a sales team, developing commercial strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team (inside sales and account managers)
Set performance targets, conduct pipeline reviews, and implement KPIs and scorecards
Recruit, onboard, and retain top commercial talent
Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with divisional goals
Identify high-value customer segments, pricing opportunities, and product mix strategies
Leverage market intelligence, competitive analysis, and demand forecasting
Align production schedules with sales commitments in partnership with Operations
Collaborate with Logistics to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery
Work with Performance & Analytics teams to monitor KPIs, forecast accuracy, and margin performance
Champion a customer-first culture across the commercial team
Oversee key account management, contract negotiations, and long-term partnerships
Implement feedback loops (surveys, win/loss analysis) to improve service levels and NPS
Own regional P&L inputs: revenue, gross margin, ASP, and contribution to EBITDA
Prepare and present monthly/quarterly performance reviews and corrective action plans
Drive pricing discipline and margin protection across all transactions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 7 years in relevant sales roles
Experience managing a $100M+ book of business
Strong people and relationship management skills
High business acumen and analytical thinking
Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE (including respirators as required)
Preferred
Master's in Business
Business, Marketing, Engineering
aggregates, ready-mix, or heavy construction experience
Proficient in SAP and Salesforce
