Responsibilities

Developed interactive Power BI dashboards to improve analytical efficiency and provide actionable business insights
Created measures and calculated columns using DAX (data analysis expressions) to perform advanced calculations and support decision-making
Strong Power BI desktop reporting and visuals
Published reports from Power BI Desktop to Power BI Service and shared dashboards with stakeholders in real-time
Monitored KPIs, conducted Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and provided insights on production and operational performance
Applied time intelligence calculations (YTD, PYTD, CYTD) and comparative analysis techniques for trend analysis
Standardized raw data to reduce errors and improve overall data quality
Worked with calendar, geographical, text, and decimal data in Power BI Transform Query Editor to ensure accurate analysis and reporting
Working with third parties (snowflake, Boolean), to build and maintain data warehouses. Build customized reports as needed from warehouse data sources
Strong leadership skills to take lead of the project and to be able to present new ideas to management
Extract data from xlsx, xlsm, csv files to Power BI desktop (if needed on a one-time project)

Preferred

Experience with DSO's, Dental, Orthodontic practices, or medical accounting preferred
Experience with Snowflake AI data cloud highly valued
