Responsibilities
Install residential insulation, including blown-in attic insulation and batt insulation
Prepare job sites, protect customer property, and perform clean, professional installations
Operate insulation equipment and tools safely and efficiently
Measure and install insulation according to company and manufacturer standards
Explain work being performed to homeowners in a clear, professional manner
Load and unload materials and maintain organized job sites and vehicles
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualification
Required
Comfortable working in attics and confined spaces
Ability to lift and handle insulation materials and equipment
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Preferred
Insulation, construction, HVAC, roofing, or general labor experience preferred, but not required
Willingness to learn — paid training provided
