Responsibilities
Directly supervising/coaching the 8hr and 12hr Technicians in their function to efficiently maintain the company’s production equipment
Giving clear direction, guidance, and support to all Technicians on the four shifts to ensure that maintenance goals to enhance product quality, maximize production capability, and reduce unscheduled down time are achieved
Sharing facilities maintenance responsibilities around maintaining / upgrading the general facility and grounds for all Indiana facilities
Qualification
Required
At least five years in a maintenance production line role involving automatic production equipment in a continuous process environment
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members to achieve performance goals
Strong organization and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
General knowledge of Safety and safe industrial practices
Knowledge and experience with Lockout/Tagout
Preferred
Previous supervision/leadership experienced preferred
