Client Support & Relationship Representative
FBSPL is seeking a Client Support & Relationship Representative who enjoys engaging conversations with business owners to understand their needs and guide them toward solutions. The role involves managing outreach and building long-term relationships to support client growth and operational improvement.
Responsibilities
Reach out to and connect with business owners to understand their goals and challenges
Lead thoughtful conversations that uncover opportunities to improve daily operations
Share and explain solutions clearly, helping clients feel confident in next steps
Manage follow-ups and ongoing communication to keep relationships moving forward
Track activity, notes, and outcomes in the CRM
Work closely with your team to stay aligned and hit engagement targets
Qualification
Required
Strong listening and conversation skills
Comfort initiating outreach and guiding discussions
A self-motivated mindset with solid time management
Professional, positive communication style
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Basic computer and online meeting skills
Preferred
Experience in client-facing, relationship-driven, or communication-heavy roles is a plus but not required
