Responsibilities

Own regional network operations supporting low-latency, business-critical, and corporate connectivity
Provide oversight and approval for network-related changes, controls, and risk decisions
Act as the primary escalation contact for major outages and complex incidents
Manage monitoring, alerting, and response workflows to ensure service reliability
Drive configuration standards, patching cycles, and vulnerability remediation
Maintain accurate asset inventories and configuration records to support audits and compliance
Collaborate with security and engineering teams on architecture standards and automation initiatives
Introduce reliability engineering and automation practices to strengthen operational resilience

Required

Proven ownership of incident, problem, and change management processes
Solid grasp of operational governance, risk, and compliance requirements
Exposure to automation, scripting, and reliability-focused engineering practices
Experience supporting globally distributed environments

Industry-recognized networking or security certifications preferred
