Responsibilities
Provide general administrative duties to support all financial advisors and support staff in the following areas:
Assist with opening new client accounts through our custodians (Schwab and Pershing)
Client onboarding (enter data into various applications) using electronic tools like DocuSign
Assisting advisors in preparation or follow-up to client meetings
Compliance support – ADV, SLOAs, and audits
Maintain client data in CRM and performance reporting systems (Redtail, eMoney, Orion)
Utilize eMoney software to build financial plans for clients
Tracking and processing daily workflow
Client first approach to all tasks

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required (Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred)
Must be detail oriented with strong math and analytical skills
Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and priorities effectively in a dynamic environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and internet savvy
Able to maintain confidentiality. Demonstrated professionalism
Happy working in a small office
Ability to operate under limited/minimal supervision
Preferred
Experience in a financial planning or insurance business is preferred but not required
