Set finance goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas
Step in to answer customer questions and issues when needed
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain accurate documentation
Assist in building customer relationships and manage a CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales
Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers
Assist in managing and building a social media presence
Negotiate favorable terms with lenders to maximize approval rates and profitability
Educate customers on available financing options, extended warranties, and insurance products
Build and maintain positive customer relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay informed about industry trends and regulations
Ensure the timely funding of all auto loans
Report to Finance Director
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in sales is a must
Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and complaints
Previous experience in F&I management or automotive sales
Proven success in automotive sales
Excellent customer service, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficiency in F&I software and Microsoft Office Suite
Must have a Valid Driver's License
Sales: 4 years (Required)
