Responsibilities

Prepare detailed site development drawings including grading, drainage, utility layouts, and roadway plans
Develop site layout, lot layouts, and alignment plans based on engineering concepts
Produce construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D
Coordinate with civil engineers, surveyors, and project managers
Incorporate redlines, design revisions, and as-built information into drawings
Ensure drawings comply with company standards and local regulations
Assist with quantity takeoffs and plan set organization

Qualification

CAD design experienceAutoCAD Civil 3DSite grading knowledgeUtility layout knowledgeAttention to detail

Required

Minimum 5 years of CAD design experience in civil/site development
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Solid understanding of site grading, utilities, and land development practices
Ability to interpret engineering sketches, markups, and specifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
