Upgrade existing devices from Windows 10 to Windows 11
Image, configure, and deploy laptops
Troubleshoot hardware and OS-related issues during deployment
Provide onsite end-user support as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience with Windows OS upgrades and laptop imaging
Strong hands-on hardware and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently in an onsite environment
