Responsibilities
Supporting the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) project
Ensuring compliance with industry standards
Delivering critical Tier 1–4 Citrix infrastructure support
Qualification
Required
5+ years of technical experience in Citrix administration, including XenServer in a production environment
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Windows Infrastructure technologies such as: Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, ADFS, WSUS
5+ years of hands-on experience with design and architecture of IT systems
5+ years of providing Tier 1 – Tier 4 support
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills using structured methodologies
Familiarity with Citrix command-line tools and the ability to create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Preferred
Experience monitoring VDI platforms with tools such as: Netscaler, ControlUP
Citrix Administration Certification
