This role involves collaborating with engineering teams to design reliable platforms and improve system resiliency while enabling efficient development and deployment at scale.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain applications, automation tools, and supporting infrastructure
Develop and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support scalable, repeatable deployments
Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions for production systems
Participate in incident response, on-call rotations, and post-incident reviews
Promote best practices around reliability, security, and operational excellence
Drive performance, stability, and efficiency improvements across systems
Collaborate closely with software engineers, security, and operations teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Strong experience working with Linux-based systems
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins or similar)
Proven experience designing and operating infrastructure on AWS
Experience supporting SaaS or managed software platforms
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with vulnerability management and security tooling
Strong understanding of IT operations and always-on production environments
Proficiency in troubleshooting using monitoring and observability tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience across multiple public cloud platforms
Background in DevSecOps or SRE practices within high-growth environments
Experience working in startup or fast-scaling organizations
