Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert in procurement processes, ordering systems, and logistics operations

Manage end-to-end procurement of non-merchandise items (store supplies, fixtures, signage, packaging, etc.) for international partner stores

Create, manage, and track purchase orders to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and cost control

Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, supervising delivery timing to support:

New store openings

Floorset and seasonal launches

Identify and escalate risks related to delays, shortages, or logistics disruptions

Collaborate with internal teams and central/global procurement partners to align on:

Inventory strategies

New business initiatives

Forecast seasonal demand and maintain optimal inventory levels for core non-merchandise items

Review shipping and logistics documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping notices) for accuracy

Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to orders, shipments, or documentation

Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting using Microsoft Office tools
