The Technical Service Engineer will provide technical support to clients, oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, and ensure ongoing functionality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Provide technical support to clients
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment
Ensure ongoing functionality and customer satisfaction
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
Perform equipment inspections
Offer training for customers on the effective operation of Endospheres® systems
Maintain accurate service records
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and efficiently
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Technical Services, with a solid understanding of equipment maintenance, installation, and repairs
Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to diagnose and solve complex technical issues
Experience in Technical Support and hands-on Troubleshooting of devices
Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to train and assist clients effectively
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
A degree or certification in a technical, engineering, or related field
Ability to work independently and remotely
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred
Exposure to the aesthetic industry is a plus
Technical certification or relevant training
Previous field service experience is a plus
