Required

Proven experience serving as a Business Analyst on large-scale system migration projects, preferably involving Loan Origination Systems (LOS)

Strong domain expertise in banking, financial services, or credit union operations, with a solid understanding of industry processes and regulatory considerations

Demonstrated leadership in implementing and guiding Business Analysis best practices within cross-functional teams and complex project environments

Preferred

Hands-on experience with Correlation Keystone LOS or other legacy LOS platforms

Experience supporting or working within financial institutions or credit unions during system transitions or digital transformation projects

Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills, with the ability to align diverse teams toward common goals

Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently to deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
