Sr Director, Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities
Develop and lead enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational priorities and position the company as an employer of choice
Partner with senior leadership to shape workforce planning and talent pipeline initiatives, ensuring readiness for current and future business needs
Champion inclusive hiring practices and equitable processes, embedding diversity, equity, and belonging into all recruitment strategies
Drive innovation in sourcing and candidate engagement, leveraging data insights, market trends, and emerging technologies to attract top-tier talent
Build and nurture strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to strengthen talent networks and enhance organizational reach
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Monitor and analyze key talent metrics, using insights to inform decision-making and optimize recruitment effectiveness
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, maintaining integrity and consistency across all hiring practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, marketing, or related field
8+ years' experience in recruiting, human resources, marketing, or related field
5+ years' experience leading cross-functional teams
5+ years' experience in business partner-facing or strategic consulting-related field
Professional in human resources certification
Demonstrated understanding of productivity, analytical, and data visualization tools (for example, Tableau, Power BI, Monday.com)
Preferred
Masters in talent-related or business area
Experience building and executing talent acquisition strategies for high-volume front-line roles
