Responsibilities
Must be willing to work with used, therefore contaminated medical devices
Ensures proper documentation and registration of returned complaint devices
Ability to write effective reports on returned devices
Basic trouble shooting and root cause analysis
Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with internal and external customers (as required)
Work closely with and take direction from Quality Engineers to aid in the investigation process of returned devices
Must be detail oriented and organized
Assist the Quality Assurance team with projects and ensure compliance
Qualification

High School Diploma
Minimum 3 years related experience and/or training
Background in medical device or other highly regulated industry required; preferred knowledge of ISO 13485
Detail oriented and analytical
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times
Preferred
Knowledge of mechanical inspection techniques and inspection equipment preferred
