F&M Trust is seeking a Residential Mortgage Disclosure Specialist responsible for preparing residential mortgage loan documents. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulations and providing support to loan officers and customers.

Responsibilities

Performing a variety of duties relating to the preparation of residential mortgage loan documents

Preparing all initial and revised disclosure documents in accordance with federal, state, and bank regulations policies and procedures

Providing the loan officer and customers with support and assistance relating to loan application packets

Required

A high school diploma or equivalent

Working knowledge of lending regulations and guidelines is also required

Preferred

Minimum two (2) years' experience with consumer and real estate lending/loan processing experience and related operations functions or equivalent combination in financial services and/or lending industry strongly preferred
