They’re seeking a skilled Grants Accounting Manager to oversee the financial administration, compliance, and reporting of diverse public and private funding sources.

Responsibilities
Manage all financial aspects of grants
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and county contract requirements, including Uniform Guidance and Medicaid billing
Track grant budgets, expenses, timelines, and allocations
Prepare accurate financial reports for funders and leadership
Review grant agreements to interpret requirements and allowable costs
Partner with program teams to align budgets with operational needs
Support grant proposals, renewals, audits, and funder monitoring visits
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of nonprofit finance experience with significant grants work
Knowledge of GAAP, fund accounting, and federal grant compliance
Proficiency in accounting software, grant management tools, and advanced Excel
Experience with funding sources such as SAMHSA, HRSA, Medicaid, and county/state contracts
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
