Responsibilities

Configure Appian’s Business Process Management Suite to improve human-centric business processes

Design and implement data models based on customer application requirements

Support hands-on development, Proof of Concepts, and demos as needed

Provide expertise in multiple related technologies, including SQL and Appian configurations

Develop and implement Appian and web-based applications

Provide technical guidance to other developers when required

Draft and update documentation, including custom use cases, agile user stories, and BPMN process models

Develop Appian BPM applications and integrate with other COTS products

Estimate and size Appian business requirements

Debug issues in Interfaces and Process Models

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience required

Appian Level 1 or 2 Certification required

Experience with Agile methodologies, Appian RPA/BPM, Java, and APIs

Experience with integrations with external systems

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to scope Appian projects and provide accurate estimates

Attention to detail, strong design skills, and ability to meet deadlines

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment
