Responsibilities

Ensure timely and accurate data entry into Army systems such as GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP
Maintain logs, spreadsheets, and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly activity
Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate and compliant material records
Additional tasks include writing production reports based on data compiled, tabulated and computed, following prescribed formats, maintaining files of documents used and prepared, compiling detailed production sheets or work tickets for use by production workers as guides in assembly or manufacture of products
This Clerk also sorts and distributes work tickets or material and may compute wages from employee timecards and post data on records used for preparation of payroll
Monitor equipment requiring maintenance by creating evacuation work orders, coordinating the transfer of equipment to the repair shop, and ensuring proper receipt once repairs are completed

Required

Must have GCSS-A experience
Must have the ability to receive a favorable Tier-1 Investigation result and obtain/maintain a CAC
Must have the ability to pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening
Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED
Must have the physical capability to lift 60 pounds and perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, and reaching
GCSS-A Certification
2-3 years production control experience
Must have a Real ID
U.S. Army 92-series MOS qualification or civilian equivalent
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Skills
