Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and private equity sponsors, ensuring accurate financial visibility and operational discipline

Oversee all finance and accounting activities, including month-end close, cash management, and compliance

Lead FP&A efforts: build robust forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modeling to support strategic decision-making

Develop KPI dashboards and financial models using advanced Excel skills

Prepare board materials and investor reporting; support strategic initiatives including cost optimization and working capital management

Mentor and support lean finance teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient culture

Required

Proven experience as CFO or senior finance leader in PE-backed mid-market Manufacturing company (Food Manufacturing preferred), ranging in size from $50M–$200M in revenue

Strong technical accounting background (CPA preferred) and GAAP compliance expertise

Hands-on Excel skills for modeling, reporting, and analysis

Calm, level-headed demeanor with the ability to lead through change and uncertainty
