Responsibilities

You’ll start as a 180 Consultant, focusing on candidate engagement and market knowledge
Within 8–12 weeks, you’ll receive business development training and have the opportunity to step into a 360 role, managing both clients and candidates
Qualification
Required
Grit, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection
A social, team-first mindset- culture fit is key
Preferred
1–2 years of sales experience preferred (e.g., car sales, door-to-door, real estate, or recruitment)
Either in Austin OR wanting to relocate to Austin- support is available, including accommodation and flights
