Collaborate with the Creative Director and Social Media Manager
Keep content authentic, human, and platform-native
Qualification
Required
Experience creating short-form content for a brand or agency
Enjoy engaging with people on camera and capturing candid, community-driven moments
Edit efficiently in CapCut and Premiere, with a strong eye for clean pacing, subtle storytelling, and polish
Enjoy experimenting with formats while maintaining a cohesive, intentional aesthetic
Can take creative direction and elevate it with your own ideas, instincts, and trend awareness
