Responsibilities
Coordinate and lead residential moving teams during pack-outs, deliveries, and move-ins
Provide bilingual (Japanese/English) support to ensure clear, accurate communication with clients
Drive company vehicles to and from customer locations and job sites
Manage shipment paperwork, documentation, and basic logistics coordination
Translate key instructions and updates between staff and Japanese clients
Assist with setup and teardown of furniture such as beds, desks, and shelving
Support moves that involve temporary storage or international shipping logistics
Qualification
Required
Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken
2+ years of experience in logistics, coordination, operations, or a similar field role
Strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and comfort working with multicultural teams
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Willingness to work overtime during peak moving seasons (three times per year)
Valid driver's license and experience driving company vehicles
