Responsibilities

Conducting on-site inspections and selling high-value home services including roof and property inspections, HVAC-related inspections, roofing-adjacent services, and preventative solutions
Working independently in the field and performing physical inspections on roofs
Managing a strong inbound and outbound lead flow
Participating in structured training and ongoing coaching
Advancing into leadership roles for top performers

Required

Proven sales experience (commission-based, quota-driven)

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
