Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end enterprise sales process, from initial engagement through contract close
Drive new logo acquisition and expansion within large pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations
Manage multi-year, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving IT, Quality, Validation, Procurement, and Finance
Build business cases focused on measurable outcomes and operational value
Lead product demonstrations, proof-of-value engagements, and commercial negotiations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff to implementation and account management
Represent the company at relevant industry events and conferences
Qualification
Required
Proven success in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally within life sciences, biotech, medtech, or other regulated sectors
Experience selling into complex buying environments with long sales cycles and compliance considerations
Familiarity with GxP standards, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, or related regulatory frameworks
Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to articulate value across technical and business stakeholders
Effective communicator with the ability to develop and deliver clear proposals and presentations
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field
