Prepare and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports

Monitor project expenses and ensure alignment with budget allocations

Review and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports related to projects

Reconcile project accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for projects

Support project managers with financial analysis and decision-making

Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and relevant regulatory requirements

Maintain accurate project records and documentation for audits
