Client Relationship Manager

They are seeking a Client Relationship Manager who will oversee client accounts, maintain and grow client relationships, and serve as the primary point of contact for client needs.
Responsibilities
Oversee client accounts
Maintain and grow client relationships
Act as the primary point of contact for client needs
Managing account administration
Addressing client inquiries
Ensuring the timely resolution of issues
Supporting the implementation of company services
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings
Qualification
Required
Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, including effective communication and the ability to address client needs proactively
Organizational and project management skills to ensure the timely and accurate administration of client accounts
Technical familiarity with retirement and tax-advantaged savings plans and the ability to learn and use proprietary technology systems efficiently
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address client challenges and propose effective solutions
Attention to detail, distinct responsibility, and the ability to handle confidential information accurately and ethically
Preferred
Relevant qualifications in business administration, finance, or a similar field
Prior experience in retirement or pension services
