Sr National Account Manager

SA Consumer Products, Inc. is looking for a dynamic Sr National Account Manager to call on National Retail Accounts. The role involves developing sales goals, achieving revenue plans, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met while managing key retail accounts.

Responsibilities

Candidate must have extremely robust experience in calling directly on National Retail Accounts with clear record in driving profitable growth
Such as ecomm and Brick & Mortar across accounts such as Costco, Walmart, Sams Club, Home Depot, Tractor Supply, BJ’s, Lowes, Academy and the Sporting Goods Channel
Develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives and monitor market trends and competitor activity
Develop and meet / exceed your sales plan
Negotiate and close agreements with major customers
Collaborate with internal departments (such as marketing, product development, and customer service) to ensure customer needs are met and projects are executed successfully
Project management of account initiatives; driving all aspects through to fruition in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Experience in management manufacturer reps
Prepare internal account review detail, quarterly, for delivery at Executive Team Review
Identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
Know the competition, including accounts, products, pricing, and market positioning
Strong understanding of basic finance principles with hyper focus on driving profitable growth
Embrace and execute 80/20 time and project management as a priority
Always an analytical thinker in driving improvements and growth for our company

college degree in a related field
