They are seeking an intern to assist in database acquisition opportunities, manage prospecting campaigns, and provide diligence support throughout the deal lifecycle.

Database acquisition opportunities that align with purchase criteria
Execute and manage prospecting campaigns
Provide acquisition diligence support on opportunities in various stages of the deal lifecycle
Review markets across the country utilizing best in class research tools
Communicate internally to help progress deal pipelines
Qualification
Required
Rising junior or senior undergraduate pursuing relevant coursework (Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, Entrepreneurship)
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Persistent, resourceful, self-motivated, and personable
Professional, approachable, and adept at building positive relationships
Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
