Strong hands-on experience with Hyperion / Essbase (Admin, Developer, or SME level)
Background in Finance Transformation, EPM, FP&A, or Financial Systems
Experience supporting or leading system implementations or upgrades
Ability to bridge technical and functional finance teams
Prior experience as a Hyperion Admin/Developer who moved into a functional role (BA, PM, Finance Systems) is highly preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
