They are seeking a Head of Treasury to drive the expansion of worldwide treasury and FX functions, overseeing liquidity, FX hedging, and balance sheet optimization across borders and currencies.

Responsibilities
Manage liquidity for all entities, currencies, and regions; optimize pooling, sweeps, and buffers
Handle intraday/end-of-day risks across rails and networks
Build FX framework: hedge exposures from clients, settlements, fees using spots, forwards, swaps, NDFs
Collaborate with product/ops to minimize systemic FX risks
Lead bank, custodian, and provider relationships; negotiate terms and contingency plans
Craft scalable treasury models, KPIs, limits, and controls tied to growth/risk/compliance
Assemble/lead cross-regional team with top systems, governance, and audits
Test innovations like stablecoins, on-chain tools, alt rails; weigh risks with eng/product
Qualification
Required
10+ years treasury in banks, fintech, or payments firms; led multi-currency ops
Expert in liquidity/FX hedging/risk controls across jurisdictions
Built high-impact treasury teams
Preferred
Correspondent/custodian dealings
Client money safeguards
EM FX or novel assets like stablecoins
