Customer Experience Associate
FBSPL is seeking a Customer Experience Associate who enjoys helping people and guiding customers through their next steps with confidence. In this role, you will interact with small and mid-sized business owners, support them in their onboarding process, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
Speak with business owners to understand their current setup, challenges, and goals
Walk customers through available solutions and explain how they fit into daily operations
Participate in scheduled calls and follow up with customers who’ve shown interest
Support new customers through the onboarding and setup process
Provide a friendly, helpful experience that builds trust and long-term relationships
Keep notes, updates, and next steps organized in the CRM system
Work closely with your team to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to listen
A positive, professional attitude and comfort learning new tools
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Basic computer skills and comfort with virtual meetings
