Preparing legal documents

Facilitating closings for purchase and sales
Reviewing leases
Providing support with commercial real estate transactions
Ensuring attention to detail in all tasks
Collaborating closely with attorneys to deliver accurate and timely services to the firm's clients
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and familiarity with drafting and reviewing real estate documents and agreements
Strong skills in Due Diligence, including research and analysis for real estate transactions
Experience with Title Insurance processes and requirements
Knowledge and understanding of P&S documents, leases, and related contractual agreements
Organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work with others and delegate work to administrative assistants
Preferred
Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate processes, including transactions and closings, is a plus
