Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end program execution for SIEM modernization
Manage cross-functional teams
Oversee project planning and risk management
Collaborate with cybersecurity, data engineering, and software development teams
Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
Qualification
Required
US Citizen or Green Card only
Program Manager who has built Green Field SIEM from scratch
Experience with Cybersecurity & SIEM (Security information & Event Management)
Program Manager who can drive the program and communicate to Leadership effectively managing expectations
Experience managing task & assignments
Ideally someone coming from Managed Service or Professional services environment
Experience with Data Lake, Data Engineering, Cloud Base
Proven experience in Cybersecurity with a focus on SIEM platforms
Understands Data Engineering concepts and workflows
Ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders
Preferred
Experience in Software Engineering or DevOps practices
Familiarity with cloud-based security solutions
Excellent communication and leadership skills
